The Apiary introduces honey production as part of the farming ecosystem. It provides 4 beehives for honey production, operating as a separate system from the main farm.

Mechanics of operation:

• Unlock requirement: level 4 in the Animal husbandry

• The construction time of each hive: 2 hours

Unlock cost per beehive:

• Beehive 1: 20 Planks, 50 FLT

• Beehive 2: 50 Planks, 3 Honey, 100 FLT

• Beehive 3: 20 Planks, 5 Bricks, 6 Honey, 200 FLT

• Beehive 4: 50 Planks, 2 Ruby, 10 Honey, 300 FLT

Honey production:

• Productivity depends on the bees age and health status

• Each beehive produces 1 jar of honey every 6 hours

• Bonus: + 0,25 additional jar per collection if a vineyard is present

Additional products:

Wax:

• Chance of falling out: 20% when collecting honey

• Quantity: 1 unit

• Usage: Candle crafting (decor) or pet food

Royal jelly:

• Chance of falling out: 5% upon successful treatment of the hive with the 'Bee elixir' potion

• Quantity: 1 unit
